Do you offer a free trial or demo?

Do you offer monthly billing?


Currently, we offer semi-annual and annual billing (i.e. you pay twice a year or once a year). This helps us keep pricing lower so we can deliver more value to your team.
Can we add or remove users mid-plan?


Yes, you can adjust your user count during your subscription. We’ll prorate any changes accordingly
Is there a refund policy if we cancel early?


Once you subscribe to Talstack, you’ll retain full access until the end of your billing period. At that point, you can decide to change or cancel your subscription.
What payment methods do you accept?

Will we receive an invoice for every payment?


Yes you'll receive an invoice for first time payments, renewals and upsells.
