2025 was a pivotal year for Talstack. We expanded our training course catalogue and launched an exciting performance management solution.

Over the past year, our customer base grew significantly as more companies entrusted us with both their learning and performance needs. Our expanded product offerings also enabled us to serve larger and more complex organizations than ever before.

Here is a brief look at what we did in 2025 and what's coming in 2026.

Performance

We designed both modules with simplicity and speed in mind. Where existing systems can take weeks or months to configure, Talstack customers are able to set up and deploy our solution in under 60 minutes, and consistently describe the experience as refreshingly intuitive.

In 2026, we want to show that performance management does not have to be difficult. Every company, team, manager and individual should be able to set expectations, measure performance, and act on insights without the unnecessary complexity that often comes with combining spreadsheets, forms and documents or using some of the existing software solutions on the market.

For organizations planning their 2026 performance review or appraisal cycles, our in-house experts will be offering free sessions to review your approach, share best practices, and demonstrate how our tools can support your goals.

Learning

Because helping organizations achieve and maintain high performance is our core focus, learning remains a critical part of how we drive peak performance within your organization.

As we listened to customers, one theme became clear: organizations also need content that responds quickly to immediate performance or training needs. So we redesigned our content strategy to become more:

• Proactive: continually building the core catalog of courses that every organization needs; and
• Responsive: creating courses requested by customers, delivered within 2 weeks, at no additional cost.

As we head into 2026, we will continue to listen closely to our customers, and expand our catalog to better equip employees to become more productive and capable of achieving business goals.

Looking ahead to 2026

1. Market Expansion
