At Talstack, the past few weeks have also given us several milestones to celebrate. We brought our Senior HR & People Leadership Mixer to Lagos Mainland, completed the first cohort of our learning partnership with the Microfinance Learning & Development Centre (MLDC), and rolled out new product improvements.

The Talstack Mixer Came to Lagos Mainland
On April 30, we hosted another edition of our Senior HR & People Leadership Mixer in Lagos. This time, we brought the conversation to the Mainland.
HR and People leaders gathered for an evening of connection, shared experiences and honest conversations about the realities of leading people, building effective teams and navigating the changing world of work.

First Talstack × MLDC Cohort Completed
The first cohort of our partnership with Nigeria's Microfinance Learning & Development Centre (MLDC) has now completed their programme and received their certificates.
Through this partnership, Talstack and MLDC are providing microfinance bank employees with flexible, affordable and on-demand access to learning programmes required by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).
The courses available in this programme include:
- Risk-Based Cybersecurity for Microfinance
- Managing Enterprise Risks in Lending Institutions
- Data Privacy and Protection for Financial Service Providers

- SME Portfolio Management

Platform updates
Over the last month, we have rolled out two important improvements to the Talstack platform.
- Multilingual Subtitles for Learning Content: Talstack now supports subtitles in multiple languages. You will begin to see support for French and other languages across our courses.
- More Context During Reviews: Reviewers can now view a reviewee's feedback and goals while completing their performance review on Talstack. This means managers can assess performance with better context, by connecting OKRs and past feedback to current outcomes.
